Extending a rich
and long experience since 1985 in the field of consultancy services
and technical and feasibility studies in the investment projects
sector, the center has recently launched its studies and projects
department with a focus on micro projects, being a pioneer
investment solution to contribute to combating poverty and
unemployment issues. |

Micro
Projects could achieve significant results in increasing and
improving the income of the family, the society’s cornerstone. |
|
They play
a major role in economic development and represent a large portion
of the production segment, with projects beginning as a basic idea
stemming from the need of the local community and developing to
reach the marketing stage. |

The
Technical Consultancy Center, in cooperation with specialized
financing schemes, seeks to create an attractive proper environment
to encourage such type of projects, which feature the following

the targeted projects? |

Specialized
small- or medium scale projects, such as raising turkeys, ostriches,
rabbits, etc.. in the animal production segment, or producing
medical and aromatic plants or mushrooms, or food processing such as
making pickles or drying fruits and vegetables, etc.., among others. |

What is the Center’s role in financing the projects? |
|
The Center does
not offer loans directly, but helps potential project owners receive
proper financing from specialized institutions. |

المركز الاستشاري التقني
امتدادا" لخبرة سنوات طويلة (1985) في مجال الخدمات الاستشارية
والدراسات الفنية والاقتصادية في مجال الاستثمار وإقامة المشاريع
الاستثمارية وقام المركز حديثا" بإنشاء قسم الدراسات والمشاريع
والتركيز على المشاريع الصغيرة, باعتبارها رائدة الحلول الاستثمارية,
للمساهمة في حل مشاكل الفقر والبطالة. |

هذا و تحقق المشاريع الصغيرة نتائج مهمة في زيادة و تحسين مستوى دخل
وحدة المجتمع الاساسية (العائلة) |

تلعب المشاريع الصغيرة دورا" هاما" في التنمية الاقتصادية و تمثل جزءا"
كبيرا" من قطاع الانتاج , يبدأ المشروع بفكرة و ينتهي بتسويقه وتكون
الأفكار نابعة عن حاجة المجتمع المحلي. |

المشاريع المتخصصة ذات الحجم الصغير او المتوسط ,على سبيل المثال
الثروة الحيوانية مثل تربية الديك الرومي , النعام , الارانب , الخ ....

في مجال الزراعة مثل انتاج النباتات الطبية و العطرية, انتاج الفطر,
الخ ....

ما دور المركز في التمويل ؟ |

لا يقوم المركز بمنح القروض مباشرة , و انما ييسر للمقترض فرصة الحصول
على التمويل اللازم لمشروعه من الجهات التمويلية المختصة. |
